DMC1500 – (2011-25Q)

Course Overview

This course will introduce participants to the DMC1500, and includes the MCM3320 as part of the course, on successful completion of CORE subject training undertaken on Cummins Learning Centre (CLC).

Who should attend

Cummins Power Generation Authorised Distributor and Dealer PowerGen Service Technicians, Project and Application Engineers and potential Trainers.

Course Objectives

Upon successful completion, participants will be able to identify, setup, and troubleshoot the DMC1500 and the MCM3320 baseboard.

Course Content

Theory sessions covering all aspects of the Digital Master Controller.
Practical activities using Simulators for programming and troubleshooting purposes.
Practical tests to ensure participants fully demonstrate learning has taken place.
A final written test to confirm that participants can demonstrate the use of equipment literature, software and associated tooling.

Pre-requisites

CORE subjects (CLC) are pre-requisites for this training course. ALL participants require a working copy of RS Logix Micro and RSLinx Classic software, as well as a ‘D’ account (admin rights) for their laptop.
