C-Command Control Panel Qualification

Course Overview

This Course will ensure the participants will be able to recognize the three C-Command Panel systems, their components, connections and operation procedures. To use correct procedures with reference to cables, set up, customer specific parameters and data transfer to and from the panels. The student will understand correct troubleshooting procedures without the use of the INSITE service tool.

Who should attend

Experienced technicians with knowledge of the QSK High Horse Power Engine range.

Course Objectives

Participants will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the three C-Command panel systems; use the correct set up procedures as outlined in the MAB for both, C-Command, Elite and Elite plus systems. Participants will be capable of adapting and setting customer specific functions and hardware. Participants will also be able to use Ethernet connection to link panels and communicate with them for down loading and updating configuration files and naming functions. Participants will demonstrate fault finding and trouble shoot abilities.

Course Content

C-Command Features and components.
Practical Session on C-Command Panel.
C-Command, Elite and Elite + Panel MAB.
Practical session working on C-Command, Elite and Elite plus Panel.
Data transfer and configuring of panels using lap-tops.
Written Test and Practical test out with Fault finding and configuring exercises.

Pre-requisites

The pre requisites to be completed can be found on your individual Smart program guide available from Quick serve online. Students must provide their own Clean Safety Shoes for working on the Engine in the Workshop. Payment must be received for this course prior to the start date to confirm your space.
